WHAT IS CARBON BUILD UP?
Carbon deposits are produced through the general day to day use of your vehicle, this build up is increased due to emission control devices ie: DPF, EGR and PCV systems.
These deposits create bottle necks and blockages in your engine and exhaust system preventing your car from breathing effectively therefore lowering performance and efficiency.

Carbon can show up in many different ways, from low power, to engine lights because your valves or sensors are blocked.
It can cause serious damage to the internals of vehicles and to regain your performance and reliability, physically removing it is the best option.
Carbon builds up gradually, like cholesterol in a vein. You may not notice that there is a decrease in your performance as it happens over a period of time, however once the build up is removed the difference is dramatically noticeable and you feel your vehicles original performance restored.

This process is where we physically remove the intake manifold, EGR valves and clean the inlet ports restoring your car to its original state.
This is a very labour intensive
and time consuming job however gives you the biggest benefit as you are physically removing significant amounts of the problematic carbon deposits
​
You will notice the vehicles restored response immediately after the clean as your butterflies, EGR Valves and ports etc are now free to move as designed.
​
This process is reccomended for diesels that have done over
100 000km.
Vehicles that are mainly driven around town without towing are generally the most at risk of being completely caked up in carbon!

This process cleans the hot side of your engine, where you physically cannot clean, this process will give you instant results however for best results we would reccomend doing both process 1 and 2 in conjunction to restore your vehicle to its original state.
